The RoleYour mission is combined by Proposal function and Project function, it is to coordinate the project enquiries, working closely together with the sales team and preparing competitive application solutions. Degree or above with engineering backgroundExperience Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures Experience in understanding and defining customer needs. Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering related field Minimum 2 years of project management experience PMP certification is a plusKnowledge Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and/or General Industry segments are a plus Understanding of competition and product positioning Good knowledge about project management tools, theory and goal setting Understanding of mechanical/electrical/software design MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Lotus NotesLanguage Fluent (spoken
