The RoleEstablish business leads pool and manage leads through websites, e-commerce, webinar, exhibitions, project information and other online and offline means Collect information of prospective customers through multiple channels to complete basic information of leadsPro-active outbound sales call to prospects, leads to dig the real customer needs to determine the authenticity and accuracy of the leadsto answer customers' pre-sales questions.Assign qualified leads to sales and follow-up regularly to track the progress and improve the covert ratio In collaboration with sales and marketing team, assist in creating customer profile maps to better understand purchasing trends, key business drivers and other key customer metrics that can be used to develop sales strategies to increase sales effectiveness within the CRM systemOther duties related to the strategic and operational development of the OFA business What you can expect from us? EducationDegree level education preferable or relevant work experience consideredSkills:Self motivation, self starting, ability to plan and achieve agreed targetsGood interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers and colleagues Have the necessary technical skills, including Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint), a strong working knowledge of CRM systems A working knowledge of digital marketing tactics and lead generation / management is helpfulEffective Time and Schedule Management.
