The RoleMissionYour mission would be to focus on the 3 major areas to grow CTS business in China/Hong Kong:1. Service business on non AC equipment2. Low pressure3. 2nd. hand machineJob description1. Spare parts sourcing, logistics system development and integration to support procurement and supply, build effective technical support channel/platform to support the direct/indirect(distributor) sales forces, develop business model of the 2nd. hand machine (trade in) and build infrastructure to support the business, etc.2. Work closely with the CTS sales (direct, indirect) operations and logistics team to define the synergy between the existing model and new businesses, based on that to develop the new model if necessary, utilize and optimize the existing platforms, resources (direct, indirect) to grow the business.3. In responsible for all the non-AC equipment services business development. What you can expect from us? Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree major in Business, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.3-5 years in aftermarket sales, operations or technical support.Know aftermarket business very well.Know SAP system very well.Understand FAM.Understand supplier(quality) management.Result driven.Interpersonal skill.Independency.Leadership skill.Willing to travel.
