Degree or above with engineering backgroundExperience:Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different culturesExperience in understanding and defining customer needs.Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering related fieldMinimum 2 years of project management experiencePMP certification is a plusKnowledge:Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and/or General Industry segments are a plusUnderstanding of competition and product positioningGood knowledge about project management tools, theory and goal settingUnderstanding of mechanical/electrical/software designMS office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Lotus NotesLanguage:Fluent (spoken
